 what happened ?

Over the last couple of days we are getting calls from customers experiencing signal loose on some channels. After checking this issue we found that the dishes are slightly off and need a re-alignment!

So far we have clients asking about ESPN on 72.7w, CBS on 61.5w, B4UM on 61.5w and Univision on 72.7w all in Costa Rica
 

Some customers might not even have noticed this since the signal overall is strong  on our dishes and only certain weak channels are going out earlier than before. I am sure there is still a lot of people out there blaming the weather for the weak signal, but it’s a fact that the signal from some transponders moved.

Something happened, the systems need a small adjustment to get back to normal !
